Level I / II - Yoga Class
Sunday 9:00am - 10:00am
A one-hour Anusara-inspired class that focuses on breath and movement with alignment and a life-affirming theme. Does not include inversions, arm balances or full back bends. For some it’s a chance to focus on the alignment basics of simpler poses. For others, it’s a chance to move to their edge.
